Because i’m not entirely sure what the new disclosure rule from the FTC is supposed to entail I decided to take it upon myself earlier than required to write a disclosure here. I have nothing against total transparency and have nothing to hide so here goes:

At this point in time I receive no free gifts or monies but this is a fairly new blog. It is initially intended to be a blog but will also have advertisements and sponsor ads. There is the future possibility of me receiving monetary rewards for advertising on my blog, for instance if a person clicks on the gamefly ad and signs up then I would in turn get a one time fee for the “lead”. If someone purchases something from amazon after clicking through from my site then I would receive a 4% commission.

My disclosure is actually stating that although I make no money or receive free gifts at the moment there is the possibility that I may in future receive free gifts or monies due to certain activities of my visitors.

In the unlikely event that I make enough money in a year to pay taxes then I will pay the taxes due, my main goal is to have a blog/site with some decent content that visitors enjoy enough to keep coming back, if I make some money in the process that’s good too, and now I hope your happy I have done this for you Mr FTC.
