Wow,
I’ve never really bothered checking before but today I was running Best Served Cold 3 (big red) and before entering the quest I caught a glimpse of the stats, you know it says ‘Best Grade’ ‘Times Completed’ ‘Fastest Time’ etc..Well I noticed that ‘Times Completed’ was 1000, it’s now 1002, lol.
That is ridiculous, it doesn’t feel like i’ve ran that quest that much. It’s not as though i’ve run that over a couple of weeks but still it has to be the most times i’ve ever completed any kind of quest online or offline on any game, wow.
If only I had saved the items and cash from those quests I would have had the 10 mill trophy months ago. Incidentally although i’ve ran this quest so many times it has been since I was GR 11 so it’s not as bad as it sounds (yes it is). I’ve been playing this game now for about 6 months and I must admit i’ve probably played on it every day, now that sounds bad but i’m including days I only go on it for an hour but i’ve always managed to play some every day, apart from 3 I think.
Although there are and have been better games out there this one has to be one of top in terms of hours you can put in to get the platinum trophy. There are games which are harder to obtain the platinum, this one is hard in terms of time, there is no quick way even though some have got platinum at GR 12 or 13 we are still looking at racking up a minimum 1000hrs.
My hours played are registered at around 1800 but that is not entirely true as at times I just leave it on all night even though i’m not playing, plus it’s left on when i’m charging the controller. Having said that I bet my actual game play is well over the 1,000hrs.
I know there are many more players who have clocked up even more than me, I was just dumbstruck when I realised I had ran big red that many times.
How many times have you ran big red? 1, 2 or 3??

Indeed i cant belive i have 85 MS3 runs under my belt too lmao i chose MS3 over br2 as awhanee drops at gr10 are always welcome same with wind dragon+ drops
It’s funny as I never got my head around some quests, MS was one of those quests, I believe it’s called Memorial Servant and you have to place different colored flowers at the memorials? MS1 I completed 2 times, MS2 completed 3 times and MS3 completed 8 times which is pretty bad really, it was only a couple of weeks ago that I even realised you could get a wind dragon from the quest, I always associated it with Ahwanee only, and I hate quests that take forever to solo, don’t like all that running from one spot on the map to the complete other side, I like and really enjoy all the boss battles but i’m not one for taking too long to get there.
Another quest like that for me is the Greede’s Underbelly quests, the only quest I do there is Arena, quests like The Exterminator and Only game in town i’ve only ever run one time, I get lost fairly easy down there and the one time I did run one of those quests other players really gave me a hard time because I followed them down the hole and was supposed to flick a switch or something, I didn’t know and have never run those quests again.
Just checked Demithor in peril and have only run that one once too, I don’t even know what half the bosses are down there, probably missed out on a lot of stuff.

Yes I ignored that piece of advice long ago, peeps were saying get the 10 mill first then you can afford to do the rest, I didn’t listen and now i’m still trying to get 10 mill, on big red 3 it is possible to get 1mill in a day but it’s still a grind. I’m at around 6,400,000 so still a way to go yet, i’m hoping to hit it at around the weekend, cant’ expect to get it before I don’t think. Still trying to work on other stuff too as you know.
Keep us updated on how it all goes and hopefully i’ll get to run big red 3 with you for a few.

yeah sabrelilly is just br3 rooms lol and i did world map search too instant group well im changing to spear at gr12:=) got oxe tongue atm and i want that female only sheild at gr12 will look awesome with the valkyrie chest 😉 cant belive i already nailed 1 million gr from br3 and trail blazer, plain trouble 3 runs lol gonna go really fast
Wow, trail blazer, I love that quest but can never find anyone running it. I often end up at saberlily although I hate going to other rooms when I have such good item drops in my own town. I recently got me another ox tongue, want to make that my water spear but can’t get the mats for it at the mo, think i’m going to enhance it 4 or 5 times with water then it should be quite effective on big red and fire beast. GR 12 quest has 3 fire beasts and I need their tales, never drops though, get one like every tenth quest, and there are two fire beasts together in one area, nightmare quest, always needs minimum 3 but better with 4 people.

In case you didn’t know i’ve actually worked it out that for every 10 runs on Big Red 3 you can get around 100,000 so 100 runs would get you 1 million guilder. This takes into account every 5 runs repairing your armor and weapon. You can’t single it per quest as it’s different each time but over 10 or 100 quests this is what it averages out as. This is not just guilder awarded, this is if you sell everything you get in those runs as well eg: fire giant eye, dull beast skin, fire giant beard, fire giant skull, fire giant spirit and armorcaps etc…
So it still works out the fastest cash in the game is running big red 3.

yup i noticed thonly thing im saving is firegiant hearts, and spirit but no i have like 50 level 10 pearls lol so i just sell atm
got 2 days free now so its time to play abit;=)

Yes my last rebirth I done longsword/spear/divine and it works well for me, still not happy with the spear setup but that’s mainly because I don’t have the spears I want yet but i’ll get them.
I do save some of each item, even fire giant stuff I save 25 of each item because you never know when your going to need them, anything over 25 I sell, the other reason I keep 25 is because if something needs a particular item it will never need that many so you know you have enough of each item.
