The Guildmasters

Hi all,

Yes this was the big question for me earlier in the week, but after hitting GR 8 yesterday and Level 47 I think I can do it. I know the servers go down in about a week so am making the most of it online while it’s available. I just got the trophy for 20 S ranks which really surprised me as that was the main trophy I expected to have trouble with. If I can get the other 30 S ranks by next week then I believe I can get the rest offline.

The only other very hard trophy to get solo is the 450 item bind but I do think it’s doable ( is that a word? ) Anyway I did get another trophy today and that was for binding 50 items as i’ve been binding items every chance I get. The other trophies will come over time but doing it solo means that ones like GR 12 will probably take a couple of months but i’m not too worried about it, I still love playing the game and if it keeps me on there longer that’s great.

Have found 3 people to quest with who are the same guild rank as me which really helps so will quest with them for the next week and hopefully get to around guild rank 10 before it goes offline, that’s my goal anyway. Will update more over the weekend as I don’t get enough done in one day to update daily.

Great, I hit level 80 earlier today and now my damage output is better than when I was GR 22 before I lost my save data, and i’m only GR 20. Got all the archer gear (level 3) apart from the boots and the AGI has made a big difference, I hardly get hit at all now, which is a big bonus.

Also using a couple of level 80 shortswords which has an attack of nearly 200, very nice. I am very tempted to rebirth as I don’t like shortsword but I will wait a while, maybe when i’m around GR 24 or 25 i’ll get the rebirths out the way. As i’ve said before, I want my end build as spear/bow and it’s very tempting to go for it now but it takes so long to get back to level 80 which is why i’m holding off.

Ran a few quests with the guild members tonight and it was good fun, Root of Evil and Jungle Jailbreak meant I got quite few nice items and managed to upgrade some of my gear to around +5 and i’m so pleased with my damage output now my enthusiasm for the game has returned and i’m really looking into the stats side of things for the different weapons.

There are so many different armors in this game it’s really hard to pick just one set, even a mix matched set, I think by the time i’m GR 30 i’ll be changing gear every quest, lol. Looking forward to experimenting a lot from this point on. Will update again over the weekend.

I have around 2 million points to get to hit GR 21 so i’m in no rush, ran a lot of Demithor In Peril 2 yesterday so will be looking to run a few different quests tonight. Will be trying to bind some new weapons and armor, possibly check the materials and run quests which will enable me to get the parts needed to upgrade everything.

Tried 3 times to complete story last night but every time Leonard’s White Knight died so i’ve been told to change my tactics. I was playing as the Moon Maiden (Yulie’s Knight), this is how I beat the game first time, but it’s been suggested that if I play as Ceaser then i’ll be able to keep the whole party alive through the sun god and black knight section.

I’m also going to switch to bow tonight as i’ve been using shortsword and not really getting the damage dealt that I was expecting. I’ve used bow before and now i’m at level 76 I can equip a level 75 bow which i’ve had for a while, this should enable me to hold my own much better in the GR 19 and 20 quests. At least I hope so, lol.

Still haven’t managed to get the binding shop to rank 20 but i’m about 300k worth of items off so should get that later tonight too.

I’m a little jealous of all of you who manage to get the new AC 3 which comes out tomorrow but in a way i’m better off waiting a while as if I got that game then I would probably stop playing WKC 2 and I really want to platinum this one.

Feel free to make some posts on AC 3 once you start playing it though as i’d like to hear how good it is and any disappointing areas if there is any.

To finish this post I would like to say to all those in the path of Sandy, the superstorm hurricane, be careful and take care guys, stay safe.

I actually just hit guild rank 20 a few minutes ago, this now means I can level up to 80 (max) and use some of my best gear. I never did get around to finishing story so I will be doing that next so that Vell opens up for me, which is a good quest to get extra gear from.

I don’t usually run the same quest over and over but I really wanted to get to GR 20 so I joined a Demithor In Peril room this morning and ran DIP2 about 8 times which is all I needed. I should be able to get the binding shop to rank 20 today too which is as high as it will go, this means all, or at least nearly all, binding items will be available to me.

Ok well now i’m off again to play some more, may update again tonight, if not tomorrow. Anyone else on here playing WKC 2? Let me know.

Yes I ran quite a few quests last night and i’m at the point where I need less than 1 million GR points to GR 19, then I can get to level 75. I did pop into the guild now that we are level 9 but was a little disappointed to find nothing new.

I’m hoping we will at least see more vessels in the geostone exchange, and I did notice the statues had leveled up one. I was hoping another statue would have gone in but no, have to wait and see what happens tonight when I visit the concierge.

I don’t think i’ll hit GR 19 tonight but if not i’ll be on most of tomorrow so should make it then as long as I can find players to run with. I like to find a group that constantly runs quests, usually I get groups that like 10 minute breaks in between quests, but that’s ok too as I grab a coffee and a smoke, lol.

Everything is going well now apart from one little issue i’m trying to sort out behind the scenes, will update again tomorrow.

Hi all,

I’ve been playing WKC 2 for about 6 weeks now and it’s a much more enjoyable experience than the previous one. Those that know me realize how much that means as I played the first one for two years.

The option to join a guild is great and if your going to play this game you really must join one. This gives you extra benefits, such as upgrading your knight, better materials in stores depending on your guilds level, plus the added extra of other guild members helping each other out.

I’m guessing there will be various guilds which are not as helpful and those that are. Thankfully I have joined a guild that virtually dedicates play time to helping the lower guild ranks as well as helping others gain materials and points.

The guild I joined is run by Kiya who, along with Kayden is extremely helpful, if your running a new quest they will even give you a run down of whats to come and allocate specific people to do specific tasks when needed, especially helpful in hard quests that are being run for the first time.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the guild “In God We Trust” as I don’t remember all the names. Special thanks goes to Kiya, Kayden, Rodrigo, Hawk, N4T…, Abu, Kaito and Shy who have at different times helped me get to where I am in the game. I really do appreciate all the help you guys have given me and look forward to running many more quests with you all daily.

Those that read this and do not yet have a guild, check this guild out, it’s how a guild should be, like a family, helping one another out to get the most enjoyment and satisfaction from the game as a whole.

Ok enough plugging, where i’m at, I have reached GR 20 and level 80 (phew) and I managed to complete all errands, yes I finally got that ridiculous Flemron 108, and before anyone asks I did nothing special, I ran the forest FMQ for two weeks off and on and around 120 times with nothing, then yesterday morning I thought I would spend the whole day running it until I got the 108, second run in it dropped. I did nothing different so I cannot give any tips on that, it’s just one of those really rare drops that you will either get early if your extremely lucky, or eventually, after lots of runs.

Well this post has gone on long enough, I will be talking more about other games over the coming weeks and also go into some detail about the new gaming forum i’m going to be opening in the new year.

Well today was a complete turnaround, I managed to get on at a different time and it made all the difference.

What made it even better was that I met up with 3 of my friends from the forum, Cuffy, Genmei and Death, it’s actually the first time for me to get 4 of us running together that actually knew each other, it was cool and a lot of fun.

We mainly ran SA 1 as we are all different Guild Ranks as well as a couple of other quests.

I can’t wait for WKC 2 so we can get six in a quest, that will be so cool, I won’t care if we all die it will be a ton of fun questing with six friends. Thinking about it we would become the mobs,lol.

Hope we can do this again sometime real soon, thanks guys..

Last night was actually the worse for me in terms of helping people, I tried to complete Jackals and Hides with Ryan but it just didn’t happen and I felt bad for that, we did manage to kill the one ahwanee in the area where there is just one but when it came to the boss (2 of them) I just couldn’t keep it together, sorry Ryan. We did manage to get 2 other players to join for the next one so we did complete it once with 4 and he did get his item that he was after so made up for it a bit.

After that things just got worse as I ran with Cuffy and Jeff and we was doing Exterminator I think, I hate that place and have never really worked it all out, felt like a total noob down there, was following cuffy when I knew we was supposed to split but I never know where to go, always get lost, tried it a second time and it was better but i’m certainly not in my element in greede. I did let people down a bit who I was initially trying to help and I have to aplogise for that.

Other than that it was a lot of fun, I still can’t get over the fact 12 people actually came to my town, I believe once BO came in other players came in because BO was there and I thankyou for popping in BO, makes all the difference. I enjoyed it and I think some even got to get my sense of humor.

P.S. We are adding more info in the forum all the time, regular posters posting a few times a day so if your thinking of joining come on in, it’s a friendly place and full of help. We are still looking for more WKC players to join us ready for when WKC 2 comes out so we go in with people we know and in turn can help others with the posts.

Was running some quests for Jeff last night who needed Fulgerstone, ran about 3 or 4 Grave Matter but could not seem to get any, I believe this is quite a rare drop anyway but we had a lot of fun. First couple of quests we ran with just two so we killed scorps and golems, didn’t realize until the second one that golems only drop sticks so wasted some time on the second one.
Yes I should have known but for some reason I thought the golems out in the desert would have dropped items, at least I know for next time.

He didn’t even get any scorp parts he needed even though we killed a ton of them, still good fun though. Managed to run one with BO, I was about to leave then BO came in so we ran one together which was cool, think Jeff enjoyed it.

Met plenty of new players again tonight, seems to work well doing a post on the WKC message board and hour before I go into town, think we had 6 or 7 overall and I was only there 2hrs.

Good to see BO again, hated doing take your lumps but it was a request so we did it, that particular quest seems a lot to do just for one gold golem whereas you could just do arena and take either two or three gold golems.

We also ran trials, overall it was another good night, made some people happy which is the point of helping out.

Thanks again BO, appreciate it, hopefully get some more in tomorrow.
