Today i’m listing all the GR 10 armor sets, there are five in all and they are as follows, all stats shown are starting stats which means all can be enhanced a total of 10 times each.
1.Elemental Set
The elemental set I believe is a favourite of those wanting to be mages and at GR 10 will be looking for appropriate armor sets. First is the Elemental Robe (armor) with a starting stat of DEF 43 RES 11 and added Fire attribute of +5 then you have the Elemental Bracers (arm gear) at DEF 38 RES 11 and water attribute of +5 next is the Elemental Slops at DEF 38 RES 11 and Wind attribute of +5 finally the Elemental Boots (foot gear) at DEF 38 RES 11 and Earth attribute of +5 This set is a pretty good all round set of armor for a Guild Rank 10 player, not just for mages.
2.Mystical Set
This set is for the ladies only, I like the idea of specific sets for the women players, I think there are just as many ladies out there playing WKC as men so it’s good Level 5 is catering for all. First up is the Mystical Robe (armor) DEF 43 RES 11 and fire attribute of +5 Mystical Bracers (arm gear) DEF 38 RES 11 and Water attribute of +5 Mystical Slops (leg gear) DEF 38 RES 11 and Wind attribute of +5 and finally the Mystical Socks (foot gear) DEF 38 RES 11 and Earth attribute +5
3.Master Set
Another good all rounder is the Master set, starts with the Master Lorica (armor) DEF 52 and Wind attribute of +4 Master Guards (arm gear) DEF 45 with Water attribute of +4 Master Slops (leg gear) DEF 45 with Wind attribute of +4 and lastly the Master Boots (foot gear) DEF 45 with Water attribute of +4 This set is a little weaker than the others but is probably lighter so it’s a matter of choice.
4.Centurion Set
One of the best in DEF for GR 10 is the Centurion Armor, stats are as follows: Centurion Armor (armor) DEF 61 with fire attribute of +3 Centurion Fists (arm gear) DEF 52 with Earth attribute of +5 Centurion Cuisses (leg gear) DEF 52 with Fire attribute of +3 and finally the Centurion Boots (foot gear) DEF 52 with Earth attribute of +5 I remember wanting this set but just couldn’t get the items needed so I went for the last set, Generals.
5. Generals Set
Generals Cuirass (armor) DEF 62 with Fire attribute of +2 Generals Fists (arm gear) DEF 53 with Wind attribute of +2 Generals Pants (leg gear) DEF 52 with Fire attribute of +2 and lastly the Generals Boots (foot gear) DEF 53 with Wind attribute of +2 This was the set I wore for quite a while and served me well
Tomorrow I will list all GR 11 sets and there are four main sets.

Gaming BanterContinuing on from the last post here are the starting stats for GR 9 armor.
1. Aeros Set
Aeros Kirtle (armor) starts at DEF 38 RES 10 and an added attribute of Wind +3 Aeros Braccae (leg gear) Starts at DEF 33 RES 10 with a wind attribute of +3 Aeros Shoes (foot gear) starts at DEF 33 RES 10 and wind attribute of +3 You may have noticed I haven’t put in Aeros arm gear as I don’t have that at my binding shop, not sure why but if it is available the stats will be the same as the others presumably. As you can see at GR 9 your starting to see better starting stats with the introduction of RES (resistance)
2. Queens Set
Some sets of armor can only be worn by female avatars and some only by male avatars, which is pretty cool. Anyway the Queens set is for female characters and are as follows:
Queens Mail (armor) starting stats at DEF 46 and Earth attribute of +3 Queens Guards (arm gear) DEF 39 with fire attribute of +3 Queens Skirt (leg gear) DEF 39 and Earth attribute of +3 and finally Queens Boots (foot gear) DEF 39 with fire attribute of +3 You need a Lv of 47 to be able to wear this set.
3. Spectral Set
Spectral Mail (armor) DEF 46 with a Earth attribute of +3 Spectral Guards (arm gear) DEF 39 with fire attribute +3 Spectral Culottes (leg gear) DEF 39 and Earth attribute +3 and lastly Spectral Boots (foot gear) DEF 39 with fire attribute +3 Personally I wouldn’t recommend this set for GR 9 as there are a couple of better sets with much better starting stats as you will see next.
4. Heavy Set
Heavy Armor (armor) DEF 52 with Earth attribute of +2 Heavy Gauntlets (arm gear) DEF 44 with Earth attribute of +3 Heavy Cuisses (leg gear) DEF 44 with Earth attribute of +2 and Heavy Sabatons (foot gear) DEF 44 with Earth attribute of +3 As it says, this is a heavy set of armor that although seems quite popular with GR 9 players it’s not the set I recommend. I did wear this set for a while but didn’t enhance it much as I wanted the next set and that is the set I recommend for GR 9 players, assuming your a longsword user and like heavy armor.
5. Animus Set
Animus Armor (armor) DEF 54 with added attribute of fire +3 Animus Gauntlets (arm gear) DEF 45 with wind attribute +3 Animus Breeches (leg gear) DEF 45 and water attribute added of +3 and finally Animus Sollerets (foot gear) DEF 45 with Earth attribute added of +3
The reason I recommend this last set of GR 9 armor is not just because it has the best starting DEF stats, more because each piece gives you added protection against the four elements which helps a lot, most of the monsters, creatures or bosses you will fight will have one element on their side with the exception of certain monsters (like Pyredaemos Rex) who will be immune to elemental attacks, those are the few where you just use brute force (physical) attacks.
That’s all the GR 9 gear and tomorrow I will publish GR 10 armor sets. I’ll be writing them in seperate posts so I don’t get one huge post, it’s better to break it up and also it can be easier for people to ask questions under their specific GR.

Gaming BanterI’m writing this post mainly as a request from DEATH (username). Sounds like Death is doing quite well at the moment and wanted to know more about the armor sets available.
The binding shop only lists armor from GR7 which is why i’m going from GR7 up to GR12 armor sets and their starting stats, where I can I will list the +10 stats of the armors that I know. There are other sets available but only listed by Lv like Wizard set is Lv 30+ but there isn’t a GR so i’m assuming everyone will see all those as soon as they get into the binding shop. Following armor sets are starting stats only, each can be enhanced to a maximum of +10
Ok your Guild Rank 7 stuff is as follows:
1. Windwalker Set
This consists of Windwalker Coat (armor) and you have to be at least Lv 39 to wear it. DEF starts at 28 RES 8 and Wind attribute +3. Windwalker Gloves (arm gear) starts with DEF 23 RES 8 Wind attribute +3. Windwalker Slops (leg gear) starts with DEF 23 RES 8 Earth attribute +2. Windwalker Boots (foot gear) starts at DEF 23 RES 8 and Earth attribute +2. This is the set I recommend at GR7 because I really don’t think you will be at GR7 long enough to worry about anything else, you’ll be aiming for the GR8 armor as soon as you can.
2.Breaker Set
This set consists of Breaker Mail (armor) and you need to be at least to Lv38 to wear it. DEF starts at 34 and has a water attribute of +2. Breaker Fists (arm gear) has DEF 27 only to start, no added attributes. Breaker Culottes (leg gear) starts with a DEF 27 and water attribute of +2. Breaker Boots (foot gear) DEF 27 only, no added attributes.
3. Forest Set
Finally the third set of GR7 gear is the Forest gear which includes
Forest Armor (armor) starting at DEF 33 with wind attribute +2. Forest Gauntlets (arm gear) start at DEF 24 with water attribute +2. Forest Cuisses (leg gear) DEF 24 with wind attribute +2. Forest Sabatons (foot gear) DEF 24 with water attribute +2.
GR 8 Gear starts like this:
1. Magical Set
You have to be at Lv 42 or higher to wear this gear.
Magical Robe (armor)starts with DEF 33 and RES 9 Magical Bracers (arm gear) DEF 28 RES 9 Magical Slops (leg gear) DEF 28 RES 9 and Magical Shoes (foot gear) DEF RES 9.
2. Earth Set
Earth Mail (armor) DEF 40 with an added attribute of +2 Earth. Earth Fists (arm gear) DEF 33 and added attribute of Earth +2 Earth Trousers (leg gear) DEF 33 with added attribute of +2 Earth and finally Earth Footwear (foot gear) DEF 33 with added attribute +2 Earth.
3. Doom Set
Doom Plate (armor) DEF 40 Doom Gauntlets (arm gear) DEF 31 Doom Breeches (leg gear) DEF 31 and lastly Doom Boots (foot gear) DEF 31. This set seems to be the most popular at GR 8. I’ve just checked my inventory for some Doom gear and I have the Doom Gauntlets at +7 which has added HP +3 and VIT +1 which doesn’t seem much but at GR 8 it’s probably quite handy and those stats generally double once at +10
4. Blue Set
Blue Cuirass (armor) starting stats are DEF 47 and looks like the best GR 8 gear for starting stats, don’t know why I never owned any of this gear, probably too difficult to get at the time or just simply I wasn’t planning on spending too long at GR 8 myself. Next is Blue Gauntlets (arm gear) DEF 38 with added attribute of Water +3 Blue Breeches (leg gear) DEF 38 and finally Blue Greaves (foot gear) with a starting DEF of 38 and added attribute of +3 Water.
GR 9 stuff posted tomorrow.
Yes after achieving my GR12 sword, the Witchblade, I decided to try and check out some of the GR 15 armor. Now if your liking this game as much as me and your on your way to GR 15 here is some major advice. Save as much money (guilder) as you can, i’m not talking about a few thousand, I mean a few million if not more.
Yes the ultimate armor sets are extremely expensive, a good example is the set i’m going for, it’s called the Warlord armor, four seperate pieces and just the chest piece and the pants piece costs around 2 million guilder, then you have to upgrade them, but it is worth it. There are some really cool stats on fully upgraded GR 15 armor sets.
I have had many requests for friends and many mails asking for help so people are still coming into WKC which is great. I’ll be writing a post for the newcomer to WKC as it can be a bit wierd at first, I remember being at GR 1 and felt like I could not run any quests and felt intimidated by even GR 3 or 4 players but everyone is great and will help you out and it really does make for a great game.
I recommend getting involved in this game, i’m probably a little too involved, I love the game but it’s going to make for an even greater game when WKC 2 comes out. My prediction is going to be a release date for christmas, that is only my personal opinion but even if it is next year you still have to time to platinum this game, it’s hard but very possible, just takes a huge amount of time.
Tony 🙂
Yes, I hit the 54 million guild rank points last night to make Guild Rank 15, so pleased with myself, it’s only taken about 5 months. Only 3 trophies left to get now for the platinum.
I want to thank all the players that have been running with me, too many to mention by name but they know who they are. Players that stand out for me include Winterjade, Chuc, Bo and T-160, these players have saved my butt literally many times and haven’t minded doing so, I thank everyone for putting up with my miscalculations and errors when i’ve made them ( and i’ve made some doozies ) and have enjoyed every minute of this game up until now.
So what happens next? For me it’s just the start, i’m going to concentrate on getting my town really sorted out and i’m still disappointed in the fact that i’m still only using a GR 11 sword, yes I get GR 12 players doing more damage than me which makes me feel bad.
I’ve been trying fairly hard to get my last Aged Dragon Skull for the Witchblade but no luck on the drops. The other GR12 sword I could get but I need 2 Fire Dragon Skulls+ which again I cannot get due to the fact hardly anyone runs this quest anymore.
I will probably continue to run King Of Dragons 3 whenever I get the chance in the hopes that I will eventually get the Skull needed for the Witchblade. I’m not too worried about getting hold of the Witchblade as i’ve heard it requires more Skulls to upgrade it.
I would settle for the Kingslayer which is another GR 12 Katana with a starting attack of 178, against the Witchblade that has a starting attack of 182 that’s not that much difference but again can’t find anyone running the quest. I’d like to get the Kingslayer which would then enable me to bind that into the Ethereal Blade which is another Katana with a starting attack of 181. I prefer this option as it seems everyone uses the Witchblade and I like to be a little different.
In the meantime i’ll be running any quests including GR1 quests to get items I missed earlier in the game so I can get the 450 bind item trophy, some earlier quests also hold items needed for creating job parts in my town.
Well, so far so good, i’m happy with everything apart from the weapon i’m using but hopefully that will change soon. Have upgraded a lot of armor, I have the full set of Shadow Armor apart from the Gauntlets, and I have most of the Bloody Armor apart from the Cuffs, I also have managed to get some Hellion Armor but that needs upgrading more, it’s all GR 12 stuff but even so i’m still having to wear Centurion Fists which is GR 10 for the strength and also Valiant Cuissess for the extra strength, that is GR 11 armor so not everything is cool.
Ok so i’ll be off to get some serious work done on my town, which means i’ll have to quest a lot to get the money needed, everything costs a fortune and money isn’t too easy to come by, I spent a million guilder last night upgrading my town to level 10 and recruiting a few level 10 residents.
Feel free to post me some tips if you have any or ask for help if you need it. See you on the battlefield.
Tony 🙂
Yes it’s been pretty cool since turning Guild Rank 13, much better items in the general store now thanks to having more room in my town and getting better stats.
I’m going for all of the Shadow armor set which has been difficult up to now but with the opening of another 4 quests two of which actually give drops needed for some of the armor. Still need some rare items to create a better sword but until then i’m stuck with the Devilbringer sword which has been good but it’s a bit worn now if you know what I mean, everyone else at GR13 is going around with Demon blade or Witchblade.
It’s the Witchblade i’m eventually after as it happens to be the best Katana in the game with a starting attack of 182 which is pretty awesome, enhance that baby 10 times and you’ve really got yourself a weapon.
Before I get to the Witchblade i’ve got to get other swords first to combine them to make better swords and eventually get to the Witchblade.
I can’t believe how this game has completely taken over from all other games that I should be playing, I really haven’t touched another game since starting white knight chronicles, it’s so addictive in a good way. Happy questing:)

A new slant on WKC |
ByI’ve noticed on White Knight Chronicles this past week or so that they have started to add new sets of armor, this coincides with the new quests available as the stuff you need for the new armor is in the new quests which makes for fresher content. This really keeps the game fresh and the fact that the quests actually get harder makes for more fun.
I’m still about 3 million off Guild Rank 13 but should hit that in a few days as i’m back to messing around with my geo town. I’m stuck on about 5 different weapons and armor needing upgrades and no matter how often I do the quests the damn things won’t drop those rare items that I need so am looking at trying to get them in my shop, it’s not looking promising though.
With almost 1,000 hrs on this game it still keeps me interested, you’d think it would get boring but it doesn’t, it is one amazing game, I just hope I can complete it before WKC 2 gets here, lol

GR11 Achieved = WKC |
ByAfter hitting Guild Rank 11 quite a lot opened up to me, 5 or 6 new quests were available to buy and they took all my money as they were 20,000 guilder each quest, wow.
I’m now finding a lot of items that i’d never heard of before and i’m also getting the required items needed for my more powerful weapons and armor upgrades.
There is now a Big Red 3 available which is pretty awesome giving around 45,000 GR points and a whopping 15,000 guilder as well as some decent items and level 10 pearls which now sell for 1,400 so i’m well on the way to more trophies.
I did get another trophy this morning called ‘Item Maniac”, this one was for collecting 600 different items. I’d actually forgotten about trophies as I hadn’t got one in over a week, it was a nice surprise when it popped up. This now puts trophy completion at 42%, yes I know, a long way to go still but i’m not bored yet.
I now have some generals armor(Cuirass), and even the Valiant leg gear (Cuisses),managed to get myself the Greede Steel Bow and a decent shield (Divine)for when I rebirth again for the 4th time and try bow and shortsword skills.
It shouldn’t take so long now to reach GR12 because of the access to harder quests which pay out much more GR points which really makes the grind from 10 to 11 probably the hardest, so far.

Gaming Banter Well i’m more amazed today than I was yesterday, I managed to find the other 3 codex and also the remaining statue I was after, what amazed me was just when I thought i’d seen pretty much all the game had to offer something else emerged that took me by surprise.
I went back to the fortress, my uncles mansion/villa is inside the fortress and there are many houses and shops within the fortress walls, anyway on my return my sister was sitting at a desk with an open book, apparently my uncle had put her to work, the problem was after checking the books the whole estate wasn’t bringing in enough money so this is where me and my sister put our heads together and organize a way of making some income.
It turns out if I get enough money, I can then give it to the archtect who will then upgrade buildings and shops which in turn brings in more people, more people means more money so we earn an income.
So indirectly this massive villa or mansion is sort of mine, I pay money to the architect, he renovates the shops and there are quite a few, a bank, blacksmith, armory and several other places, each have 3 upgrade amounts which in turn gives me a better income as well as bigger discounts when I shop there, that is so cool.
I’ve now learnt more moves, got more weapons, I have acquired the other gauntlet now with the hidden blade and can perform pretty impressive assassin attacks, if a guard is standing near a pile of hay then I can hide in the hay and press the square button for assassinate and i’ll drag the guard in the hay as I kill him, another move is if i’m standing above an enemy, I can lock on to him using the L1 trigger and hit “assassinate” ( square ) and I will jump down with hidden gauntlet blades revealed to deal a death blow, looks pretty awesome, i’ve also learnt extra techniques like dodging and disarming an opponent.
You can also use groups of people to your advantage, you can pay groups of thieves to follow you and distract guards, I think this game is going to be massive, it seems I haven’t even scratched the surface yet.
I’ve also learnt that I need to find hidden crypts or tombs and i’ve also got to find six discs to unlock the most poweful armor so i’ll keep my eyes open for those.
That’s all for today, will progress some more tomorrow, i’m actually looking forward to writing a full walkthrough on this game which is something as i’ve never felt the need or the inclination to write a walkthrough for any game.
Tony
